Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a form of massage therapy that takes into account the whole person (body, mind, and spirit). It is based on the principle that all these aspects are interconnected and that addressing them collectively promotes overall well-being. Rather than focusing solely on physical symptoms, holistic massage aims to create harmony and balance in the body by  considering the person as a whole.

In advance of each session, I will interact with you to understand your individual needs and goals
and will then tailor a massage session using various massage techniques which will help you relax and release tension.

Holistic massage goes beyond purely physical benefits. It seeks to promote relaxation, relieve stress, improve circulation, enhance the flow of energy, and support the body's natural healing processes. From the moment you enter the treatment room, you will be immersed in relaxing healing energies, set in a beautiful space which has been carefully crafted to enhance the flow of positive energy and provide a calming environment to promote balance and rejuvenation.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. It involves placing cups on the skin to create a vacuum or suction effect. Cupping therapy can be used to address various conditions, such as musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, respiratory issues, and certain skin conditions. It also helps improve blood circulation, promote relaxation, and release muscle tension.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are applied to the skin

During the treatment, medical silicone cups are applied to the skin, a special pump is used to create a vacuum. This suction effect causes the skin and underlying tissues to be drawn into the cup. The cups are typically left in place for a few minutes, although the duration can vary depending on the clients needs and comfort levels. Alternatively, gliding cupping may be performed, where the cups are moved in a sliding motion across the treatment area.

Its important to note that while, cupping therapy is considered safe, it can cause temporary bruising, skin discoloration, and mild discomfort. People with certain medical conditions, such as skin ulcers, bleeding disorders, or pregnant women, should avoid cupping therapy or consult with their healthcare provider before undergoing the treatment.
